The festival sells out of tickets for its first time. Saturday sees over 6,000 people pack into Bissell Park… a greater amount than the number of people who live in town!
The festival books its first international artist, the Screaming Eagle of America, Charles Bradley. Bradley finishes his show in the audience, giving out hugs and kisses for almost an hour.
2014 marked the addition of another proper stage, the Tent Stage, set up on the park’s basketball court/ice pad. The inaugural performer was Kim Churchill.
Bahamas gets added to the bill last minute. He celebrates his third album (Bahamas is Afie) release at the festival.
Dan Mangan and Jada Kelly join Blue Rodeo on the stage for the festival’s closing number.
